Roddrick grew up in the South Side of Chicago. Growing up in Chicago taught him how to be resilient and negotiation skills. He got started in real estate in 2008 during the Great Recession. Experienced in both commercial and residential he’s also done various deals like short sales, flips, rentals, wholesales, and subject to. Currently he is a full time Realtor with Keller Williams. Over the years Roddrick has been featured on Podcasts and won awards including Deal of the Month for CAREI. Roddrick believes in looking out for each other, family, and Zen. You will not find him stressing about things calm, cool, and collective is this guy. Roddrick enjoys hanging out with family, friends, listening to music, watching football and basketball. He is known for being straight forward and problem solving. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Roddrick is working on becoming a volunteer at TESSA in Colorado Springs.
