I moved to Lancaster County in 2000 and I am proud to call it my home. When I started out in real estate in 2004, there was a strong seller''s market, homes were selling quickly and with little marketing needed. When the market turned bad in 2008/2009, that is when I learned how to sell real estate. With a lot of education and my persistence I was able to increase my sales during this "bad market". I learned that changing my mindset would be the most important skill to develop in order to survive in sales.

I enjoy walking sellers and buyers through the often complicated process and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction. Due to my years of experience and growing referral base, I have been asked on many occasions to represent clients in the neighboring York, Dauphin, Berks and Chester Counties. Lancaster County is my home base.
