When Drew Fellios purchased his first home in 2006, he now admits it was the wrong property at the wrong time.
13 years later in 2019, he stepped up to the plate again, only to be pressured by the wrong agents while searching for answers to life altering questions. He would eventually find the right agent and make the right purchase.
But it was those two experiences that motivated Drew to enter the world of real estate in 2020.
"A home purchase is most likely the biggest purchase an individual will ever make," Fellios says.
"Qualities I want to bring as an agent are knowledge, patience, availability, consistency, and simply doing whatever I can to help the customer accomplish their goals!"
Drew's two passions in life are real estate and sports. On the sports side, he has 25 years experience in the world of sports media-currently serving as a play-by-play voice for the ESPN and Disney Family of Networks. His journey in real estate is incredibly similar.
"When I meet a client, I see that as the preseason. When we eventually get the keys at the closing table, that is my client winning the championship. Making the right real estate decisions is a step-by-step process and the perfect new home is the trophy."
