I am a Virginia native who relocated to the Charlotte Area more than 15 years ago and I haven't looked back.

I have worked as a licensed Realtor in North Carolina and South Carolina since 2013 and I specialize in working with relocating home buyers and sellers.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and I regularly work with buyers who are relocating to the Carolinas from the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and West Coast of the United States. Having first moved to Charlotte in 2006 after a year in California and then moving back to Charlotte in 2008 after spending a year back in my native Virginia, I know a thing or two about relocating and moving to Charlotte from a different part of the country. I also work with many buyers who are purchasing a home for the first time or who are either upgrading or downsizing to a new home within the Charlotte region.

I am a Real Estate Marketing Specialist and I have a proprietary Listing & Marketing Plan which I use to consistently help my seller clients net more money on the sale of their properties than the traditional listing process. My Marketing Team consists of a Professional Stager, Professional Photographer and Videographer, Marketing Copywriter, and Transaction Coordinator. Together we implement a customizable strategy based on the property for sale to sell it more quickly and for a higher profit.

I am a husband and a dad and I am firmly rooted in my Faith, family and friends. My wife, Lauren, and I are raising our son, Lucas, and we are fortunate to have family, including grandparents, aunts and uncles living nearby. I enjoy playing golf, fishing, hiking and other outdoors activities. I am also a big sports fan and I enjoy cheering on the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets and our other local professional teams. I am a graduate of the University of Virginia - Wahoowa - and I pull for the Tar Heels whenever they're NOT playing the Cavaliers.
